By accessing or using Astraquiv (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Astraquiv is a movie streaming and distribution platform that connects viewers, movie owners, and businesses. Viewers can browse and watch movies; movie owners can upload and monetize content; businesses can purchase advert placements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. Astraquiv is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (viewer, movie-owner, and business) are billed in advance through our payment processors. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Content
- Movie Owners retain ownership of their content and grant Astraquiv a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and distribute the content on the Platform.
- Businesses grant Astraquiv a license to display approved adverts across the Platform.
- You may not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
All Astraquiv branding, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Astraquiv. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to access source code of the Platform
- Using automated tools to scrape or download content
- Circumventing paywalls or subscription restrictions
- Uploading malicious software or engaging in fraud
8. Termination
Astraquiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Astraquiv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astraquiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
